APT Rigid Anti-slip Flooring is manufactured in two thinknesses: Low Profile (3mm) and Standard Profile (5mm).

APT Flexi Anti-slip Flooring is manufactured 1.2mm in thickness.

APT Anti-slip Flooring is manufactured in six standard colours:

Signal Red
Grass Green
Light Aircraft Grey
Safety Yellow
Blue
Black

APT Limited would be happy to manufacture its Anti-slip Flooring in any colour specified by its customers; given the RAL or BS number.

APT Rigid Anti-slip Flooring has been friction tested at the Product Design & Development Centre. Test results using medium grade samples produced coefficients of friction between 0.9 and 1.5 (Dry test) and 0.8 and 1.3 (Wet test). A coefficient of friction of 0.4 is generally regarded as acceptable.

APT Anti-slip Flooring can be manufactured using chemical resistant polymer resins.

APT Anti-slip Flooring can be manufactured using fire retardant polymer resins to BS476 Part 2 Class 0/1, Class 2 or Class 3 as required by the customer. In circumstances where it is required APT Anti-slip Flooring can be manufactured using Phenolic Resins which give a significant reduction in harmful emissions (to BS6853 1987, B.5.2 and NES713) if subject to burning.
